I’ve been doing this recipe for quite a while and every time it’s a huge success at home so I’ve decided to share it with you. Just one note – it’s totally addictive.
Ingredients

396gr firm tofu

100gr cornflower

20gr nutritional yeast

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 lemon juice

2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method

Drain the water from the tofu, remove excess with a paper cloth and dice it.

In a soup plate mix all the dried ingredients.

Transfer half of the tofu into the plate and coat it with the mixture. It may be easier to use your hands. Do the same with the other half.

Heat the oil on a large frying pan, do it in tow goes if needed.

Place the tofu dices on the frying plan making sure not to put them on top of each other.

Fry it for about 5 minutes and turn it to the other side.

When done pour in the lemon juice and serve while still hot.
