Ok this is the easiest dessert ever! It takes no time to prepare at all and it’s as chocolaty as it can get! Delicious! You can have it on its own or with a salted caramel warm sauce.
Ingredients
-
200g rich tea biscuit
-
150g dark chocolate
-
100g vegan milk chocolate
-
60g raisins
-
60g dried apricot
-
80g margarine
-
25g coconut sugar
Method
-
Bash the biscuits into pieces. I put it inside a plastic bag and crushed it.
-
Melt the chocolate in bain marie or on the microwave. If you are using the microwave do it 30 seconds at a time.
-
Melt the margarine on microwave
-
In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients using a wooden spoon.
-
Use cling film to line a 20cm (8in) shallow, square-shaped tin. Leave extra cling film hanging over the sides.
-
Spoon the mixture into the tin. Cover it to cling film and level the surface by pressing it down with a potato masher.
-
Place in the freezer for 25 min. Place the cake on a baking paper and cut it into 24 squares. Keep it in the fridge.
Enjoy!
