Ingredients
- 250g asparagus sliced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 potato sliced
- 20g parsley chopped
- 1 cube vegetable stock
- 1 liter water
- Black pepper
Method
- Fry the onions until tender.
- Add potatos, asparagus, parsley and stir for about 10 minutes.
- Pour in water and vegetable stock and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how thick you want your soup.
- Sprinkle nori or nutritional yeast on top for extra flavour.
